Many growers of marijuana love the smell of the sweet sweet ganja. That does not mean the neighbor likes that aroma. They could in fact end up calling the police which would obviously create the headache for even the legal grower and may take that smell as a negative thing. I've heard countless stories of law enforcement taking legal develops because they did not check. This can wind up being huge losses for the grower. Rather than worrying about the odor given off by your flowering plants, it is recommended to use a carbon filter or something similar to eliminate the odor.
Prop 109 is about hunting, fishing, and harvesting wildlife. Vote "yes" if you are for making hunting, fishing, and harvesting wildlife a constitutional right. The State Legislature will also be able to make laws regulating these activities. It will also establish hunting and fishing as a preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife. A vote "no" keeps current laws about hunting and fishing the same.
